We are fascinated by bringing people together
- those who "speak" product or technology language, with the
experts who "understand" customer needs and requirements
- the customers themselves.
The point of convergence between these two groups is
qualitative marketing research
- talking in depth to clients to understand their goals,
and with respondents to understand their needs, perspectives,
and attitudes about the products or markets in question.
Our job is to translate the newly gained understanding of
customer needs and requirements back into product and/or
technology language - so that it is understood and can be best
acted upon by our clients.
